Call for Papers

 

For the submission of your contribution please send your abstract via e-mail to Dr. Tominaga. You can view the call for papers document to notify your colleagues here.

The procedure is inteded as follows

1. Register for E\PCOS 2017 to get an invoice number.
2. Submit you abstract to the comittee (see below).
3. Receive your notfication of acceptance and whether you were selected to give a talk, otherwise your contribution will be a poster.
4. Pay the conference fee as described on your registration invoice.
5. Join us at the E\PCOS 2017 in Aachen.

Abstracts and Manuscripts

 

Please adhere to the following guidelines for E\PCOS manuscripts and abstracts:

• The conference language is English.
• A maximum of two pages including title, authors list, text body, figures and references.
• Please ensure the complete listing and order of all (co-)authors, correct formatting and grammar. Changes are not possible anymore soon after the deadline.

Please use the E\PCOS 2017 manuscript/abstract template and send your document to j-tominaga@aist.go.jp.
