The registration is closed. If you have an accepted contribution to E\PCOS 2017 and did not register yet, please do so by sending an email to epcos2017@rwth-aachen.de.

Registration Fee

Conference fee	350 €
Social Sunday Three-Country-Tour with a trip to Maastricht including a river-cruise on the Meuse, lunch and a guided city walk, 10am-18pm	60 €

 

Conference fee includes:

• Printed conference program

• Participation in sessions

• Meeting material

• Lunches and coffee breaks as listed in the program

• Gala Dinner

 

Not included:

• Transportation to the conference

• Accommodation

• Social Sunday

Payment and Cancelation

All payments have to be made in Euro (€) by bank transfer before July 31, 2017. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a credit card service. All banking costs have to be paid by the participant. Details and payment directions can be found on the registration invoice.

In case of a cancellation received before July 30th, 2017, 50% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds can be made for cancellations after that date
